SUMMARY:
Joshua Rosenkranz, Esq., lead counsel for FAIR, delivered the keynote address at the conference entitled Rumsfeld v. FAIR: Exploring the Solomon Amendment Challenge, co-sponsored by the Boston College Law School chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society, and held at Boston College Law School on November 11, 2005. Attorney Rosenkranz's address is preceded by an introduction and welcome by Professor Alan Minuskin, Boston College Law School, and by the presentation of the Arthur C. Harris Justice Award to Attorney Rosenkranz by Boston College Law School graduates, Daniel Roth and Zoe Butler-Stark, co-founders of the Coalition for Equity.
